Power organizations with insightful solutions that drive business success. Our Vision: Be the world’s authority on helping organizations focus on what matters.
We believe in giving back to the communities where we work and live. We encourage and support our associates’ commitment to giving back and helping improve their communities.
ADP recognizes the importance businesses have in their local communities and believes strongly in encouraging its associates to volunteer in the community to demonstrate its commitment to social responsibility. ADP offers its associates the opportunity to donate their time and contribute to the well being of their communities during work hours. Community time is defined as time to work voluntarily on projects that benefit the community at large. With prior approval, ADP will provide associates with paid time off to engage in community service.
Volunteerism engages our associates through their participation in social responsibility. Our community mission says it all. We find it important to give back to the community and help improve it as much as possible.
During the Colorado Business Reads book drive our associates and their families donated 2,170 books! Turns out we donated more than double the next nearest participating company!
"Helping build a home that will be a part of someone's memories forever is always fulfilling. Being able to be a part of building alongside your coworkers in an environment that is completely different than your normal day-to-day work interaction is a great feeling. We are so fortunate to work for a company that allows and encourages us to be a part of literally building our community. I am grateful to ADP for this fantastic opportunity." - Rob Montoya on ADP's 2016 Habitat for Humanity Build Day
