Planned Giving

A planned gift helps donors achieve their philanthropic and financial goals while helping nonprofit organizations fulfill their charitable missions. Such gifts are commonly asset based rather than from current income and often involve a planning process utilizing the services of legal and financial professionals. Planned gifts can be revocable or irrevocable and sometimes have tax implications.

This year, United Way is excited to announce the launch of its Legacy Society.  The Society honors and recognizes thos who believe in United Way’s work and have chosen to make a planned gift.  July 2011 through June 2012 marks the year in which we will be recognizing charter members.  Will you join them?    Please contact Keely Aggers for information.
