Technical Assistance Partnership Spring Symposium: Leading Organizational Change

The annual TAP Spring Symposium is a full-day event offering training and networking to nonprofit professionals. This year’s focus, Leading Organizational Change, is designed to inspire nonprofit leaders to take charge of their organization, build capacity and embrace innovation.
Sarah Fischler with Mission Spark is our featured Keynote Speaker. Additional workshops include Strategic Alliances: Fact or Fiction?; Speak Up! Be an Advocate for Your Organization; Messaging for the Masses: Marketing in the Digital Age; and more. Presenters include representatives from Third Sector Enterprises, Mountain Sage Consulting, Demma Consulting, JVA Consulting and others.
This year’s Symposium will also include a presentation about the restructured Technical Assistance Partnership program.

Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP) Program
The Volunteer Center’s Technical Assistance Partnership program, known as TAP, provides easily accessible training, consulting services and nonprofit resources to area nonprofits so that we may support you in the work that you do and help you to enhance your organizational competencies.
Trainings-We collaborate with the City of Loveland, JVA Consulting, Inc., and Estes Valley Community Services Coalition to provide free monthly presentations and trainings.

Consulting Services-Along with our partners Demma Consulting, JVA Consulting, Inc., Mountain Sage Consulting, and Third Sector Enterprises, we work to provide capacity building support and consulting services to organizations in need.
