March 16, 2020
In partnership with the Poudre Library Nonprofit Resource Center, we’ve coordinated a panel of experts to discuss how nonprofits may best manage our current crisis.
In response to COVID-19, the March 25th Fort Collins Nonprofit Networking Group will be meeting remotely via Zoom starting at 3:00 PM.
Coronavirus/COVID-19 is top of mind for every sector of society. Nonprofits have their own unique concerns--whether they provide social services or cultural arts! Let's gather online for a useful discussion of the impact on nonprofits, share best practices, how do we pivot and iterate as a collective.
This is not a webinar! You will not only hear from the panel, but nonprofit partners will be able to participate in the call, ask questions and talk with fellow leaders. Please make sure you have video access -- best with a computer, but if streaming is unstable, consider using the Zoom app on your phone.
If you have any specific questions for panelists to review, please email them to Sarah Scobey at SScobey@poudrelibraries.org
You can register for your nonprofit and have your team meet in a conference room, or register individually. We recommend individual call-ins while practicing social distancing at this time.
In the meantime, our host, Kari Henley, has created this free video series to help you move services online: https://www.communitywoborders.com/free-e-course/
Additionally, Kerrie Luginbill’s Old Town Media team has published an article regarding healthy practices for organizations to take - including things such as crisis communications: https://oldtownmediainc.com/healthy-habits-for-businesses-to-practice-during-the-covid-19-crisis/
