Community Hubs
Community Hubs bring child care, literacy services, mental health support, and other nonprofit resources together under one roof. This makes it easier for families to access what they need in one welcoming space.
By connecting trusted partners in a shared location, Community Hubs reduce barriers, strengthen relationships, and simplify the path to opportunity. Nonprofits benefit from stable, accessible space to serve families more effectively, while each hub drives progress across all four of United Way’s core goals.
Loveland Youth Campus

By locating trusted partners under one roof, the LYC creates seamless pathways for children and youth to thrive from birth through high school.
Community Impact Center
The Community Impact Center is a shared nonprofit space in Fort Collins built to foster dignity, access, belonging, and partnership. It brings multiple organizations together under one roof, making it easier for people to connect with culturally responsive care and community-rooted support.
