Cache Bank & Trust provides volunteer opportunities for our staff, our customer base and the public at-large with our pre-scheduled activities. We also offer paid time off for employees to participate in specific, individual volunteer opportunities.
Why does your company volunteer?
Cache Bank & Trust believes it is our responsibility to pay forward and give back to the community that supports us. We know that through volunteering our time, talents, and treasure, our bank is more connected to the community, making Fort Collins a better place to live and thrive.
What was your biggest volunteer accomplishment in 2018?
This year our company became involved with a number of projects and partnered with fellow Business Cares members.
Our large project this year was for United Way Make a Difference Day. We partnered with RLR CPA’s and BASE Camp for a fall cleanup at Crossroads Safehouse.
Do you have a story you would like to share?
It was a beautiful day to clear out dead brush, trees, and weeds and window cleaning at Crossroads Safehouse. The difference and impact in a matter of hours was amazing.
Wheredid you help in 2018?
St. Joseph’s Catholic School board member, United Way Board member and Finance & Audit Committee member, Leadership Fort Collins Steering Committee member, Hope Lives board member, Kiwanis member, American Legion Baseball Tournament Umpire, attendance at many nonprofit fundraising events, Laurel Elementary volunteer, and cleanup at Crossroads Safehouse.
