Fall is officially in full swing and that means Fall Clean Up is not too far behind. Fall Clean Up is an annual event to help senior citizens and individuals with disabilities tidy up their outdoor property before winter arrives.
Colorado State University students and staff, the City of Fort Collins, and local faith-based organizations team up to volunteer for Fall Clean Up each year to help assist those in need. In 2015, over 1,200 volunteers participated in Fall Clean up to help 231 Fort Collins residents with tasks they were unable to do themselves or could not afford someone to do for them.
This year, Fall Clean Up 2016 will occur on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the services provided free of charge are:
