WomenRise
WomenRise is an expansion of the WomenGive program that extends support to graduates of the child care scholarship program.
Since 2006, WomenGive has provided child care scholarships to single mothers pursuing higher education. WomenRise builds on this success by offering monthly cash assistance to eligible graduates during the critical year after graduation, helping address the benefits cliff that can occur when increased earnings result in the loss of public assistance.
