Annie Davies is a midwest transplant who has called Colorado home for over a decade. She graduated from the University of Michigan and University of Colorado (MPA) and has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors. Annie began her nonprofit career in Seattle at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She worked in higher education at both Grand Valley State University (GVSU) and the University of Colorado (CU). While at Grand Valley, she implemented the national Nonprofit Leadership Alliance program and grew GVSU's program to the third largest in the country in under three years. At CU, she oversaw national recruitment, marketing and alumni for the School of Public Affairs, continuously posting the highest enrollment gain percentages on the campus and helping the School to increase its national reputation and US News & World Report ranking. Annie also served as Director of Communication & Development at Rocky Mountain Human Services, a $40M community centered serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI). There she rebranded the organization, developed a comprehensive fundraising program and led efforts to increase transparency and stakeholder communication. Annie also worked as an independent consultant, assisting Craig Hospital, the University of Colorado Denver and the Rocky Mountain Leadership Program. In August 2017, Davies was selected as the new President & CEO of the United Way of Larimer County.
Annie is a graduate of the Denver Community Leadership Forum, a past steering committee member for the Impact100 Metro Denver philanthropy group, and a volunteer at the Gerontology Society. She was appointed to the Governor's Workforce Development Council and named to Denver's Forty Under 40 list in 2013.
Annie is passionate about community engagement and loves United Way’s mission to bring individuals, businesses and nonprofits together to build a strong community for all. As a new resident of Northern Colorado, she is impressed and inspired by the level of community involvement and sense of civic responsibility among those who call Larimer County home.

Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer, Diane Hathaway - dhathaway@uwaylc.orgDiane graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. From there she gained over 30 years of experience in healthcare finance working in hospitals, hospice and physician group management. Diane has always had a great respect for United Way and being a donor herself, she trusted in the organization that her charitable contributions were always being allocated for the greater good of the community. She was so excited for the opportunity to become part of the United Way family and has been using her skill set in such a meaningful way. In her spare time, Diane loves being outside enjoying beautiful Colorado with her grandchildren, gardening and reading.

Vice President of Resource Development, Allison Hines - ahines@uwaylc.org
Allison Hines serves as Senior Vice President of Resource Development at United Way of Larimer County and has been with the organization since 2014. After receiving her B.A. in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University (Go Rams!), Allison began working in resource development and has over 15 years of experience in the Larimer County nonprofit and higher education sectors. She also served as the Chair of United Way's WomenGive program prior to joining the staff.
Allison enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with United Way volunteers and donors to help advance our mission. Her role allows her to connect stakeholders with their passions in order to meet critical fundraising needs and produce lasting results for our local communities, which she finds incredibly rewarding. In her free time, Allison enjoys running, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, a good happy hour and spending time with her friends and family.

Vice President of Community Impact, Claire Bouchard - cbouchard@uwaylc.orgClaire has lived and worked in Larimer County for more than 14 years. Before joining United Way she held multiple community engagement positions in the area, including public and private sector roles. She graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and minored in Women’s Studies.
Claire is passionate about connecting community organizations to increase capacity within our communities. She brings deep community content expertise, a commitment to high-quality work and collaborative teams to the Vice President of Community Impact role. Claire has three grown children and loves exploring Northern Colorado trails on bike and foot.

Resource Development Director, Christina Cooper - ccooper@uwaylc.orgChristina Cooper serves as United Way of Larimer County’s Resource Development Director and joined the staff in April 2014. She has a B.A. from Hope College in Political Science and English and has over 10 years of experience working in development in Colorado nonprofits. Having started her career at the Denver Rescue Mission, Christina spent 5 years doing event planning and fundraising at Larimer Humane Society. She’s passionate about working at United Way because of the wide variety of ways we can change people’s lives in Larimer County – from children to seniors, we can make a difference for people from all walks of life. In her free time, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, sewing, snowboarding, camping, and taking weekends trips around the state.

Operations Director, Naomi Young - nyoung@uwaylc.orgBefore United Way, Naomi has always had a place out in the community, which is why her first job was with the City of Loveland, also doing various jobs which would eventually lead her to where she is today. Even though Naomi has been with United Way for many years she is never bored. Every day is full of surprises and sharing her unique talents and versatile skills to engage both her mind and her heart to better the community is what she loves the most. She enjoys leading her team and working within software management, data processing, accounts receivable and so much more.
When she isn’t working she loves being with her family, especially her littlest. She enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and all things Colorado! When not outside, she likes to take time to knit, read, and be very involved in faith-based activities.

Executive Manager, Sarah Bromley - sbromley@uwaylc.orgSarah serves as the Executive Manager at United Way of Larimer County (UWLC) and is skilled in program and relationship management. Sarah fell in love with the nonprofit sector after serving and working with 6 AmeriCorps programs across the United States. Motivated by an individual’s dedication to service and her eagerness to inspire others, Sarah moved to Fort Collins, CO in 2015 to initially serve as the AmeriCorps Program Manager for UWLC’s Colorado Reading Corps. After 3 years at UWLC, Sarah is eager to continue her nonprofit work.
She grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and graduated with her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree at San Jose State University, CA. During her free time she hikes, sews, participates in Toast Masters and hangs with her dog Thelma. Her words of wisdom to live by are "the best way to get things done is to simply start."
