The Community Impact Center is a place for local nonprofits to Connect, Collaborate and Change. The building represents a partnership between mission-driven real estate developer, Brinkman, and philanthropic leader, United Way of Larimer County. Located at 525 West Oak Street in Fort Collins.
Join our community of change-makers at a very affordable rate at $12 a square foot and know you are in a safe & healthy environment.
Some of our tenants include Easter Seals, Alliance for Suicide Prevention, Axline Grant Writing, and more. Our building is professionally cleaned each night, including the community kitchen and shared restrooms. Cleaning supplies and hand sanitizers are available throughout common areas.

Dedicated to Prudence M. Kaley, long-time Fort Collins resident and United Way supporter, Prue's Place is a multi-purpose room available for rent for your next large meeting or event.
The meeting space is equipped with a mounted 75" TV screen, microphone, whiteboard, projector, and more. The space can be set up in a variety of floor plans depending on your needs. It is ADA accessible with a maximum capacity of 50 people.
