Dedicated to Prudence M. Kaley, long-time Fort Collins resident and United Way supporter, Prue's Place is a multi-purpose room available for rent for your next large meeting or event.
The meeting space is equipped with mounted 75" TV screen, microphone, whiteboard, projecter, and more. The space can be set-up in a variety of floor plans depending on your needs. It is ADA
accessible with a maximum capacity of 50 people.
Office spaces range from 90 Sq. Ft. to a suite of offices at 750 Sq. Ft. with a minimum of one year lease agreement. Monthly rental costs range from $150/mo to $1,225/mo. Offices are
for operations or administration only; we cannot accomodate client services or customer visitation.
